Pain levels, mood shifts, caffeine, meal timing, medication side effects — the things that matter are different for everyone. That's why there's no limit to what you can track.

Create custom notifications

Set personalized reminders for key health activities, like measuring blood pressure or taking medications. If you log an activity early, you won’t get a reminder.

Your data stays private and encrypted

Everything you track is stored on your device and encrypted. Unlike other apps, we don’t have servers collecting your health data. So we couldn’t share it with third parties even if we wanted to.

When you generate a PDF, it's created on your phone. You can email it, print it, or share it however you want — but it never passes through us.

When you generate a PDF, it's created on your phone. You can email it, print it, or share it however you want — but it never passes through us.

Yes, you can export your data (a.k.a. download reports) in formatted, easy-to-read PDFs. This is useful if you want an overview of your health data, or want to share data with your healthcare provider. We've designed our reports in consultation with medical professionals.

Yes — the entire app works fully offline. Your entries and reports are generated on your device. You can use it on airplanes, in clinics, or anywhere your brain decides to go quiet.

Anything you want, truly.

You can track built-in categories like sleep, meals, medication, mood, and ADHD symptoms — or create unlimited custom trackers for things like caffeine, exercise, pain levels, hydration, screen time, migraines, or stress. If it affects your day, you can track it.

No. At the moment, everything in the app is completely free. All core features — including personalization, daily tracking, and PDF reports — are free during the early access.

After that, daily tracking and customization will remain free forever. However, we'll start a small fee for premium widgets, graphs, and PDF reports.

Because your data stays 100% on your device, sync isn’t available right now. We're exploring secure, private sync options that don't compromise privacy — but we won’t add anything until we can guarantee it’s safe.

No.

Scrambled Brain is a tracking tool, not a diagnostic tool. It helps you understand patterns in your daily life so you can have more informed conversations with medical professionals — not replace them.

Your data stays encrypted on the lost device and can’t be recovered, which keeps it private, but means it’s gone.

We're exploring how can we use iCloud and Google Backup to securely store your data and still provide cross-device access and data restoration capabilities. We'll keep you updated.

"Scrambled brain" is a feeling of mental confusion, lack of focus (brain fog), or inability to think clearly. It's often caused by conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and depression, but can also be caused by lack of sleep, poor nutrition, and other things.

We — the team behind Scrambled Brain — know this feeling all too well. It's a part of our daily lives, so we built this app to help us manage it.

Not at all.

Scrambled Brain works for anyone managing chronic conditions, mental health, medications, or daily habits. People use it for migraines, IBS, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, anxiety, long COVID, burnout, dysautonomia, and more.

Because tracking your symptoms shouldn’t feel clinical or depressing.

We designed the app to feel friendly, colorful, and human — not like a hospital form. When something is fun to use, you actually keep using it. And consistent tracking leads to better insights.

Your data will remain safe and on your device. The app doesn’t rely on servers, so even if we shut down tomorrow, the app will continue to function as-is. You keep everything you’ve logged, and you can still generate reports.

Because we don’t profit from your data.

Most health apps rely on ads, subscriptions, or data harvesting. We built this for ourselves — people who are tired of being tracked while trying to track their own health. We don’t have investors pushing for growth at any cost. Privacy and usefulness come first.

A small, neurodivergent team of designers, developers, and chronic-condition-havers who wanted a tool that actually works in real life. No big corporation, no VC pressure — just people building something we needed for ourselves.

You can email us anytime through the Contact page. We read everything. Because we’re a small team, we can’t promise timelines, but we genuinely build based on what people need.
